ADOPT POLICY
If you have bought or are looking to buy a design I created, please go over all the information below first. It is important that you know what you can/can't do with a design before you spend any amount on it.
After purchasing a design I made, you may:
- Use it for personal purposes.- Tweak any aspect of the design to your liking (however the credits must never be removed).- Use the design to promote yourself.- Sell or trade the character to other users. I have no limitations when it comes to who can or can not own my designs, simply try to avoid giving the character to someone who is known to be problematic.- Share the ownership of the design.- Use my design in fusion charts.
After purchasing a design I made, you may NOT:
- Ask for a refund.- Sell it for more than what you purchased it for.- Drastically alter the design.- Remove the credits or claim the design as yours, even if you edited it!- Use the character for commercial purposes (such as stickers, shirts and so on. Merchandise made for personal use is fine, but please reach out and notify me if you can!)- Turn it into a closed species.- Draw any sort of sexual content of my feral characters (or any feral animal in general, because that's just nasty).- Use my designs to promote any sort of hate speech.- Use my designs in anything involving generative AI.
